Nothing to fill in
This website has nothing to fill in: no message boxes, sign-ups or accounts. You reach us by phone, so the site itself does not collect names, email addresses or messages.
Phone calls
When you call, we receive the number you call from and whatever you tell us about your property and the problem. We use that only to answer your question, schedule and carry out work, and keep records of the job.
If every crew is committed or an emergency needs faster help than our schedule allows, your call may be passed to another local provider so you are not left waiting. In that case the details you give during the call are shared with that provider so they can help you.
Website visits
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. The map on each page loads from Google Maps only if you click to view it. Their own privacy policies apply to those requests. Links to outside sources in our guides take you to sites we do not control.
Keeping and sharing information
We keep job records for as long as they are useful for the work and for our business records. We do not sell personal information.
